Buddy Goes for It.

 

There had been jokes

The shiny little tune toy

Buddy played at Lunch

While other teens tossed hoops

Or tried to impress girls.

Or slapped down

Playing cards.

Buddy heard the haunting tunes

Or the rousing ones

Inside.

Going someplace

Not even imagined.

By the jocks

Or jocular.

Such is inspiration. 

Bigger than ourselves?

Meant to bless

To uplift to the Good.

For the Masses.
